摘要：

近年来，我国建筑业已经在个别地区及项目上推行设计-施工总承包制度，然而在实际推进过程中却并不顺利，为使今后设计-施工总承包在我国建筑领域能够更好地完善与发展，通过对长沙市南湖路湘江隧道设计-施工总承包项目案例研究，阐述目前国内设计-施工总承包项目运行过程中出现的若干情况，分析设计-施工总承包模式下项目管理中设计与施工脱节、工程量差大、责任分工不明等主要问题，提出了加强设计与施工衔接、优化设计与施工方案、完善配套法律法规等改进措施。

Abstract:

The design and construction contract model has been used in some fields and projects in China in recent years, however, some problems occur in the implementation of the contract model. The problems in the implementation of the design and construction contract in China are presented, with the case of Xiangjiang rivercrossing tunnel at Nanhu road in Changsha as an example. Main problems, such as separation between the design and the construction, big discrepancy in works quantity and improper responsibility system, are analyzed. Countermeasures, including integration between the design and the construction, optimization of the design and construction proposal and perfecting relevant regulations and rules, are proposed.
