大截面矩形隧道掘进机新型后推进系统的设计与应用

摘要:

为解决大截面矩形隧道掘进机因采用斜向出洞的施工工艺而易发生轴线左右偏差的问题,以上海陆家嘴中心区地下空〖JP2〗间开发项目为背景,对掘进机斜向出洞所需采用的新型后推进系统进行控制功能与操作形式等方面的研究,创新设计了系统总体构架、控制系统、操作系统、液压系统和监控系统。主要研究结论如下: 1)采用新型后推进系统可解决掘进机斜向出洞产生左右偏差的问题; 2)证明了系统的控制有效可靠,便于安装与作业; 3)在实践应用过程中取得了良好的实施效果,对类似工程具有推广和借鉴作用。

Abstract:

A rectangular tunnel boring machine is used to develop the underground space in the central Lujiazui area in Shanghai. Due to the oblique launching of the tunnel boring machine, axial deviation may occur to the tunneling. In the paper, a new rear propulsion system is designed for the tunnel boring machine. The new rear propulsion system is studied in terms of control functions and operation modes, and new overall structure, new control system, new operation system, new hydraulic system and new monitoring system are designed for the rear propulsion system. Conclusions drawn are as follows: 1) Due to application of the new rear propulsion system, the problem of the axial deviation that may occur due to the oblique launching of the tunnel boring machine can be solved; 2) The control of the rear propulsion system is effective and reliable, and the rear propulsion system is easy to be installed and operated; 3) The application of the rear propulsion system has achieved good result. The paper can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
