双护盾TBM前盾下部液压支撑装置的设计研究与探讨

Design, Study and Discussion of Hydraulic Supporting Equipment on Bottom of Front Shield of Doubleshield TBMs

摘要:

双护盾TBM主机长度较长,使得其在掘进和换步过程中姿态不易控制,如遇到突发地质破碎带时卡机风险增加,成为施工中的不利因素之一。本文提出一种液压稳定支撑装置,安装于前盾下部左右两侧。该装置具有2种不同的工作模式: 高压支撑模式和低压撑紧模式。液压支撑装置在高压支撑模式下工作时能将前盾和刀盘整体抬升,从而丰富主机扩挖方式、提高边滚刀更换的效率和安全性; 在低压撑紧模式下工作时能增加前盾与开挖洞壁的接触点,从而减轻掘进时主机的振动、提高换步过程中主机的稳定性。

Abstract:

The length of the main machine of doubleshield TBM is relatively large, which leads to its position unstable during excavating and regripping cycle process. Another unfavorable factor is the increasing risks of shield jamming when encountering sudden geological fault zone. A new kind of hydraulic supporting equipment (HSE), installed on the bottom of front shield, is proposed. It has two working mode including high pressure supporting mode and low pressure compact mode. The hydraulic supporting equipment can lift the front shield and cutterhead to a appointed height under highpressure mode, which can enrich the expending excavation ways and improve the efficiency and safety of gauge cutter replacement. When working on the lowpressure mode, the HSE can add the support points between front shield and tunnel wall, then decrease the main machine vibration and improve the stability during regripping cycle process. The HSE of the front shield can improve the performance of doubleshield TBM, which has good technical feasibility and popularization value.
