北京地铁深基坑支护结构设计优化与施工

Design Optimization and Construction of Support Structure  of Deep Foundation Pit of Beijing Metro

摘要:

北京地铁9号线军事博物馆站北换乘厅南侧紧邻复兴路和既有1号线,附近管线众多,周边环境复杂,对地层扰动影响较高,地层中下部以黏土岩、砾岩为主,整体稳定性较好,原设计方案采取咬合桩止水及基坑底部换撑等加强措施。在保证施工安全的前提下,为了合理缩短工期、减少造价,结合实际工程经验对原设计方案进行了优化。和原设计方案相比,优化设计方案取消了咬合桩及换撑,对第4道支撑位置进行了调整,并更换了防水材料。同时,采用北京理正深基坑分析软件对优化设计前后的基坑开挖情况进行了对比分析。最后,在按优化设计方案施工的过程中进行严密的监控量测,并对监测数据进行了分析。最终给出以下建议: 1)深基坑支护尽量不采取换撑的方式; 2)设计方案要结合实际情况进行动态设计,要以软件计算作为参考依据; 3)在基坑开挖过程中要进行严密的监控量测,并重视数据反馈。

Abstract:

The south of north exchange hall of Military Museum Station on Line No. 9 of Beijing Metro is adjacent to Fuxing Road and existing Metro Line No. 1. There are plenty of pipeline around and the surrounding environment is complex. The strata are mainly about clay rocks and conglometrates and are stable. In the original design scheme, the secant pile is used for water stop and the support of foundation pit floor is replaced. The original design scheme is optimized so as to shorten the construction period and reduce the construction cost. In the optimized design scheme, the secant pile and the support replacement are removed, the position of the forth support is adjusted and the waterproof material is changed. The excavation situations of the deep foundation pit before and after optimization are analyzed by Lizheng software. The construction process of the deep foundation pit is monitored after optimization, and the measured data are analyzed. Some suggestions are shown as follows: 1) The support of deep foundation pit should not be replaced. 2) The design of the foundation pit should be dynamically adjusted and referenced from calculation results of simulation software. 3) Monitoring is very important during deep foundation pit construction.
