刮刀及撕裂刀磨损实时监测系统

Realtime Wear Monitoring System for Scrape Cutters and Tearing Cutters

摘要:

为降低人工检修的风险,提高施工效率,辅助盾构操作司机判断是否需要更换刀具,对刮刀磨损量的可视化管理系统进行研发。通过对电阻排式的磨损传感器进行研究,介绍传感器如何很好地将信号传至接收仪器并在上位机实时显示,并对刮刀及撕裂刀磨损实时监测系统进行详细阐述。将此套系统应用于北京新机场线地铁项目,结果表明: 磨损传感器精确度较高,通用性较强,磨损量可实时在上位机界面上显示,提高了盾构施工的效率。

Abstract:

In order to reduce the risk of manual overhaul, improve the construction efficiency, and humanely assist the TBM driver to decide whether the cutting tools need to be changed or not, it is of great significance to realize the visual management of the scrape cutter abrasion. The resistor array type wear sensor is introduced; the working mechanism of the sensor (signal transmission and realtime display on human machine interface (HMI)) is presented; and a realtime wear monitoring system for scrape cutters and tearing cutters is studied in detail. Furthermore, the system was applied to a metro project of Beijing New Airport Line. The results show that the wear sensor is of high accuracy and versatility, and abrasion magnitude could be displayed on the HMI in real time, so as to significantly improve the shield tunneling efficiency. 
