软弱围岩地层隧道大断面机械化施工工法应用

Application of Mechanized Construction Method to Large Crosssectional Tunnel with Soft Surrounding Rocks

摘要:

为解决我国山岭隧道施工技术落后的问题,对高速铁路大断面隧道的机械化施工工法进行阐述。通过配备成套的隧道机械化工装设备,并经现场试验研究,形成开挖、支护、衬砌、水电缆槽4条隧道施工生产作业线的新型施工组织模式,以实现Ⅳ、Ⅴ级软弱围岩机械化大断面的连续施工。通过全电脑三臂凿岩台车的应用,开挖炮眼精确定位、系统锚杆精准安装、施工信息同步上传等施工难题得以解决; 通过各类大功率机械设备的配置和应用,可缩短各道工序的循环时间,实现软弱围岩早封闭的安全管理理念。根据大量的监测数据和现场实践表明,隧道大断面机械化施工工法的施工质量可靠、施工效率高且施工安全。

Abstract:

The construction technology of mountain tunnel in China is underdeveloped. Hence, the mechanized construction method for large crosssectional tunnel on highspeed railway is introduced. A new kind of tunnel construction organization mode with four tunnel construction lines, i.e. excavation, support, lining and water cable channel, is developed based on a suit of tunnel mechanized construction equipment and field test, so as to realize the continuous construction of large crosssectional tunnels in Grade Ⅳ and Ⅴ surrounding rocks. A series of problems, i.e. accurate positioning of excavation blasting holes, accurate installation of system anchor bolt and simultaneous uploading of construction information, have been solved by automatic tripleboom rock drilling jumbo. The cycling time of each construction process has been shortened, and the safe management of early closure of weak surrounding rock has been realized by configuration and application of largescale equipment with high power. The monitoring data and applicable results show that the construction quality of mechanized construction method for large crosssectional tunnel is feasible and safe, and the construction efficiency is high.
