“盖挖+自进式管棚”进洞法在崩坡积体中的应用

Application of "Coverexcavation + Selfdrilling Pipe Shed"  Portalin Method in Landslide Body

摘要:

新疆G575线东天山特长公路隧道出口穿越较大超浅埋崩坡积体。为保证隧道在超浅层崩坡积体中安全、快速通过,控制隧道变形、坍塌、滑移等风险,采用“盖挖+自进式管棚”进洞法施工方式,在发挥盖挖法形成的初期支护钢架 “拱”保护作用下,确保“拱下”洞内自进式管棚施工的安全; 并采用超前自进式管棚注浆预加固松散崩坡积体围岩的施工方式,实现暗洞中安全快速地掘进,确保施工工期。通过对不同进洞方案比选研究与现场实践,并对隧道施工过程中的拱顶地表沉降、洞内拱顶下沉、洞内水平收敛进行监测,回归分析量测数据后充分证明: “盖挖+自进式管棚”进洞法施工对崩坡积体的整体稳定性没有产生影响,采用“盖挖+自进式管棚”法,在崩坡积体中既可确保安全进洞,还可缩短工期。

Abstract:

The exit of Dongtianshan super long highway tunnel in Xinjiang G575 line is over shallow buried through a large landslide body. In order to ensure the safe and fast tunneling in the landslide body and control the risks of tunnel deformation, collapse, slip and so on, the "coverexcavation+selfdrilling pipe shed" portalin method is adopted. Under the protection of the initial supporting steel frame "arch" formed by the coverexcavation method, the safety of the selfdrilling pipe shed construction in the "under arch" hole is ensured. In addition, the advanced grouting for selfdrilling pipe shed is used to reinforce the surrounding rock of the loose slope and realize the safe and fast tunneling. Through the comparison of different tunneling schemes and field practices, with the monitoring of the surface subsidence of the vault, the crown settlement and the horizontal convergence in the tunnel during the construction, the regression analysis shows that: the "coverexcavation+selfdrilling pipe shed" construction method can not only ensure the safety portalin, but also save the construction time, and has no effect on the overall stability of the landslide body. 
