摘要:

铁路隧道病害具有一定的发展过程,如何在隧道病害进一步恶化之前采用相关仪器设备进行有效检测和实时监测,并进行定量化的科学评估,是铁路隧道检测、监测和评估领域面临的问题与考验。通过在铁路隧道运营维护领域的多年探索和积累,总结当前运营铁路隧道检测、监测、评估及整治技术的发展现状,对运营铁路隧道的日常运维养修具有重要的参考意义。首先,通过对铁路隧道病害进行普查和调研,对运营期铁路隧道病害进行梳理;然后,利用由验收检测、周期检测、日常检测、重点监测构成的运营铁路隧道检测、监测体系,及时掌握运营铁路隧道的运营状态;此外,基于运营铁路隧道状态评估方法,实现隧道建筑物劣化状态的快速评定;最后,通过对铁路隧道病害类型的归纳和原因分析,总结出一套适用于运营铁路隧道的病害整治技术体系。

Abstract:

The railway tunnel disease has a certain development process. Before further deterioration of tunnel diseases, it is necessary to take relevant instruments and equipment for effective detection and realtime monitoring, and then conduct quantitative scientific assessment, which is the problems and challenges faced in the field of railway tunnel detection, monitoring and evaluation. Through years of exploration and accumulation in the field of railway tunnel operation and maintenance, the current development status of detection, monitoring, evaluation and renovation technology of railway tunnel in operation are summarized, which has important reference significance for the daily operation and maintenance of railway tunnel in operation. Firstly, through the survey and investigation of railway tunnel diseases, the railway tunnel diseases in operation period are sorted out. And then the detection and monitoring system consisting of acceptance inspection, periodic inspection, daily inspection and key monitoring are used to timely grasp the operation status of the operating railway tunnel. Furthermore, based on the condition assessment method of the operating railway tunnel, the rapid assessment of the deterioration of the tunnel building is realized. Finally, through the induction of the types of railway tunnel diseases and the analysis of their causes, a set of technical system of disease treatment suitable for the railway tunnels in operation is summarized.
