双护盾TBM滚刀磨损及换刀判定案例分析

A Case Study on Double-shield TBM Disc Cutter Wear and Replacement Estimation

摘要: : 为解决硬岩地质条件下双护盾TBM滚刀磨损及滚刀换刀时机的选取问题,以深圳轨道交通10号线孖—雅区间隧道双护盾 TBM项目为依托,从现场滚刀磨损实测数据和换刀频次数据入手,结合滚刀安装半径下的理论破岩体积,建立滚刀磨损、破岩体积 与换刀频次的关系。 依据滚刀安装半径和滚刀磨损量,得到不同滚刀安装半径下的单位破岩体积磨损量,据此分析出各不同刀位 的有效破岩磨损,得到盘形滚刀在不同刀位的磨损规律; 根据不同刀位下滚刀总磨损量和各刀位的换刀频次,计算得到深圳硬岩 地区双护盾TBM不同刀位的磨损规律以及正面滚刀最大磨损量作为换刀控制参数的滚刀检查更换原则,为今后在硬岩地层中滚 刀布置和滚刀更换提供建议。

Abstract: The disc cutter replacement of double-shield TBM in hard rock should be carried out rationally. Hence, the relationship between disc cutter wear and cutter replacement frequency and that between rock broken volume and cutter replacement frequency are established based on theoretical rock broken volume under installation radius of disc cutter, site monitoring data of disc cutter wear and cutter replacement frequency of double-shield TBM used in Maling-Yabao Tunnel on Shenzhen Rail Transit Line No. 10. And then the wear of unit rock broken volume under different disc cutter installation radiuses are obtained according to installation radius and wear of disc cutter, and the effective rock broken cutter wear at different positions and the wear laws of disc cutter at different positions are obtained further. Finally, the wear laws of disc cutter at different positions of double-shield TBM used in Shenzhen hard rock and the disc cutter inspection and replacement rules by taking maximum wear of front disc cutter as cutter replacement control parameter are obtained. The results can provide reference for disc cutter arrangement and replacement of TBM in hard rock of similar project in the future.
