摘要: 目前TBM智能掘进系统偏向于定制开发,耦合性较强,造成代码冗余高、复用率低、开发设计门槛高等诸多问题。为解决上述问题,设计了TBM关键参数智能掘进系统技术框架,采用低无代码模式降低开发门槛,通过模块化开发实现了系统较低的耦合度。在此基础上,以算法模型与系统软件分属不同服务的方式,集成来自不同算法开发人员的模型,实现了系统软件与算法模型的快速集成,用于TBM智能掘进过程中关键参数的预测及控制。实践表明,该系统在吉林引松项目TBM施工中应用效果良好,对提升TBM掘进效率具有重要意义。

Abstract: At present, the TBM intelligent control system is basically customized with strong coupling, which may cause many code problems such as high redundancy, low reuse rate and high design threshold. In order to solve these problems, the technology framework for TBM intelligent driving system of key parameters is designed. The develop threshold is minimized via the mode of low code or no code, and the lower coupling for the system is realized via model development. On this basis, the algorithm models from different algorithm developers are integrated in the way that the algorithm model and system software belong to different services, so as to realize the rapid integration of system software and algorithm model, which is used for the prediction and control of key parameters in the TBM intelligent tunneling process. The applicable effect of the system software in the TBM construction of Songhua River water diversion project is good, which is of great significance to the efficiency improvement of TBM excavation.
