暗挖单通道组合结构实现双线盾构侧向始发设计方案研究

A Design Scheme for Lateral Launching of a Double Track Shield Tunnel Using a Mined Single Channel with a Composite Structure

摘要: 为解决复杂环境条件中盾构双线始发、同步掘进的难题,以北京地铁19号线牛街站—金融街站区间为依托,探索地铁正线非开挖条件下,双线盾构侧向独立始发技术方案。通过分析盾构侧向始发技术的控制条件,研究形成以大跨度PBA盾构始发横通道、超前暗挖段、出土通道为主组合而成的暗挖单通道组合结构,建立双线盾构侧向独立始发、双线同步掘进的结构体系,实现布置灵活、占地有限、环境安全风险可控的盾构侧始发技术方案。同时,通过建立地层—结构数值模型,考虑组合结构整体开挖施工顺序、暗挖施工工法、超前支护措施、地层加固措施等关键技术因素,对暗挖单通道组合结构开展结构和环境风险预测分析,验证技术方案的可实施性和安全性。

Abstract: The use of lateral shieldlaunching technology for a doubletrack tunnel in a main metro line without trenches that will allow doubletrack shield launching and simultaneous driving in a complex environment is discussed by taking the NiujieJinrongjie section of Beijing metro line 19 as an example. Based on an analysis of the control conditions of shield laterallaunching technology, a compositemined singlechannel structure that combines a largespan pilebeamarch shieldlaunching crosspassage, an premined section, and a grounding section is studied. A system for independent doubletrack shield launching and simultaneous driving is established, and a technical scheme for lateral launching of the shield that has a flexible layout, occupies a limited amount of land, and is associated with a controllable environmental safety risk is developed. In addition, based on key technical factors such as the construction sequence for the composite structure, the mining excavation method, advance support measures, stratum reinforcement measures, etc.KG-*3, a stratumstructure numerical simulation model that can be used to predict and analyze the structural and environmental risks of the composite singlechannel structure and to verify the safety and feasibility of the technical scheme is established.
