a Case Study on Tianping Tunnel of ChongqingGuiyang Railway

摘要: 为实现高瓦斯和瓦斯突出隧道非防爆无轨运输技术,保证隧道施工作业环境安全、运输机械高效,顺利快速地通过高瓦斯-瓦斯突出段,依托渝黔铁路天坪隧道现场施工,分析高瓦斯隧道无轨运输技术影响因素,阐述非防爆无轨运输技术的可行性,并相应提出非防爆无轨运输技术的安全风险防控配套管理技术措施。通过这些措施有效降低了高瓦斯隧道的瓦斯含量和涌出量,实现了施工过程中对瓦斯体积分数的全方位、全工序监控,保障了非防爆无轨运输技术的安全实施; 同时,从人员、机械、运输成本、施工进度等方面对非防爆无轨运输技术应用的综合效益进行分析和计算,得出该技术可节约工期5.4个月,降低成本3 000多万元,实现了高瓦斯隧道非防爆无轨运输的安全高效施工。

Abstract: The influencing factors of trackless transportation technology for the Tianping tunnel of ChongqingGuiyang railway are analyzed to realize trackless transportation with nonexplosionproof equipment in tunnels with high gas concentration, ensure the safety of the tunnel construction environment and high efficiency of the transportation machinery, and to pass the tunnel section with high gas concentration smoothly and quickly. Subsequently, the feasibility of the trackless transportation technology with nonexplosionproof equipment is examined, and the corresponding safety risk prevention and controlsupporting techniques are proposed. The applicable results of trackless transportation technology with nonexplosionproof equipment show the following: (1) The gas concentration and outburst volume in the tunnel were reduced effectively, realizing the comprehensive and fullprocess monitoring of gas concentration during the construction process and ensuring the safe implementation of trackless transportation technology with the nonexplosionproof equipment. (2)The comprehensive calculation results of benefits such as labor consumption, equipment input, transportation cost, and schedule show that the construction schedule and cost can be reduced by 5.4 month and more than RMB 30 million, respectively, realizing the safe and highefficient construction of the tunnel with high gas concentration.
