水下深埋冻结钻孔漏水涌砂风险防控关键技术

Key Technologies for Prevention and Control of Water Leakage and Sand Gushing Risk in Underwater Deep Buried Frozen Drilling Hole

摘要: 以往钻孔工艺在高水压条件下容易导致孔口管密封渗漏水及孔口管脱落,钻孔过程断管处理方法风险高、效率低。为解决这些问题,首先,提出使用环氧树脂黏结类材料替代水泥浆液配合麻丝进行孔口管密封新工艺,既增加密封性又增强黏结力;其次,分析使用6组规格为M12的膨胀螺栓固定孔口管数量的合理性,同时提出一种钻孔断管应急件装置;最后,进行钻前试验和钻孔过程实际应用。结果表明: 1)试验时孔口管与隧道管片密封效果良好、黏结牢固; 2)钻孔实践过程中未出现任何渗漏水和脱落现象; 3)断管应急件装置在实践应用时能够快速处理断管漏水涌砂问题,钻机可以快速投入下一个钻孔,提高了钻孔作业效率、降低了处理过程风险。

Abstract:

 Orifice pipe seal may leak water and orifice pipe may fall off at high water pressure in the previous drilling process, and the previous drilling and broken pipe treatment is with high risk and low efficiency. To solve these problems, first, a new process of orifice pipe sealing using epoxy resin bonding materials instead of cement slurry and hemp wire is proposed, which can increase the sealing and enhance the adhesion; second, the rationality of the number of expansion bolted orifice pipe using 6 groups of specifications M12 is analyzed,and an emergency device of drilling and broken pipe is proposed; finally, the predrilling test and the practical application of the drilling process are carried out. The results show that: (1) the orifice pipe and the tunnel segment have a good sealing effect and firm bonding during the test; (2) no water leakage or shedding occurred during the drilling practice process; (3) in practical application,the pipe breaking emergency device can quickly deal with the water leakage and sand gushing in the broken pipe, and the drilling rig can be quickly put into the next hole, which improves the drilling efficiency and reduces the processing risk.
