摘要: 为解决顶管综合管廊工程中的功能区间布置、标准断面布置、综合井布置、支架布置等有别于传统管道顶管工程中的技术难点,提出将综合管廊建设技术与顶管技术合理结合的方法。依托湖北省黄冈市中心城区新港北路长距离顶管综合管廊工程,对顶管管廊总体布置、断面设计、施工期顶管井、使用期功能井、管节与接头等技术方案进行分析,并对长距离顶管综合管廊功能区间设计、多功能复合的工作井、基于管廊特点的顶管设计以及管线支架等关键问题进行探讨。通过研究认为: 长距离顶管管廊应采用“区间设计”方法,将功能区间加以集约整合,形成功能完备、可复制的单元区间及功能复合的顶管综合井,顶管管片应结合管线布置进行必要的预留预埋。

Abstract: To address the technical difficulties of pipe jacking utility tunnel, such as crosssection design, layout of function interval, comprehensive well and cable shelf, which are different from municipal pipeline engineering, a rational connecting method of utility tunnel construction technology and pipe jacking technology is proposed. Then, a case study is conducted on a longdistance pipe jacking utility tunnel project of North Xingang road in old town of Huanggang, Hubei, China, to analyze the technical schemes of overall layout of pipe jacking utility tunnel, crosssection design, pipe jacking well during construction, functional well during operation, pipe segment and joints, and discuss several key issues such as the layout of functional ranges, multifunctional well, pipe jacking design based on utility tunnel characteristics, as well as pipeline supports. The results show that the interval design method should be applied for longdistance pipe jacking utility tunnel, the functional sections should be integrated to form a pipe jacking well with multiple functions, and the pipe jacking segments should be reserved and embedded for necessary.
