摘要: 在工程建设行业转型升级的趋势下,针对铁路隧道工程运维过程中存在的管控效率低、健康状态评价解释性差、运维决策过程复杂等难题,提出基于数字孪生的铁路隧道智能运维关键技术与实现方法。构建以数字孪生为驱动核心的铁路隧道智能运维整体框架,梳理隧道运维数据流转与应用的层级,明确数字孪生在系统框架中的主体功能和核心价值,并针对物理实体与虚拟模型信息映射机制和智能运维关键技术开展研究。首先,通过总结归纳提出铁路隧道运维数据分类体系与信息的存储和表达方法,揭示隧道智能运维中动态感知数据与数字孪生数据的映射机制; 然后,总结分析隧道智能运维亟待解决的关键技术,包括状态智能感知、数据智能分析、运维辅助决策;最后,在系统框架、融合机制和关键技术的基础上,提出隧道智能运维的实现路径,并通过研发铁路隧道智能运维平台验证技术框架的可靠性和实用性,也验证数字孪生技术在提高隧道运维管理效率和智能化程度方面的可行性。

Abstract: With the trend of transformation and upgrading of the engineering construction industry, the key technologies and implementation method of intelligent operation and maintenance of railway tunnels based on digital twins are proposed to address the problems of low control efficiency, poor interpretability of health status evaluation, and complex process of operation and maintenance decision-making in the operation and maintenance of railway tunnel projects. The overall framework of railway tunnel intelligent operation and maintenance is established with digital twin as the driving core, which organizes the layers of tunnel operation and maintenance data flow and application, clarifies the main function and core value of digital twin in the system framework, and conducts research on the information mapping mechanism between physical entities and twin models and key technologies of intelligent operation and maintenance. First, the data classification system and information storage and expression methods in railway tunnel operation and maintenance are summarized, and the mapping mechanism between dynamic perception data and digital twin data in tunnel intelligent operation and maintenance is revealed. The key technologies that need to be solved in intelligent operation and maintenance, including intelligent perception of tunnel state, intelligent data analysis, and auxiliary decision-making in operation and maintenance, are analyzed. Based on the system framework, fusion mechanism and key technologies, the implementation method of intelligent operation and maintenance of tunnels is proposed. In addition, the reliability and practicability of the technical framework are verified through the intelligent operation and maintenance platform of railway tunnels. Furthermore, the feasibility of the digital twin technology in improving the efficiency of tunnel operation and maintenance management and the degree of intelligence is preliminarily verified.
