装配式综合管廊施工设备发展综述

Review on Development of Prefabricated Utility Tunnel Construction Equipment

摘要: 装配式综合管廊施工是通过拼装的形式完成综合管廊建设的施工方法。该方法对施工现场破坏小,效率高,大规模施工时具有一定的经济性。通过研究国内装配式综合管廊施工设备发展现状,阐述架廊机、矩形顶管机、U型盾构、U盾架管机等4类适用于预制拼装法的机械化施工设备,并介绍4类设备的基本配置、工作原理、工效分析及工程应用情况。研究结果表明: 与常规现浇相比,综合管廊采用预制装配式技术,施工方便快捷,可以有效缩短工期,减少人工成本,提高构件的浇筑质量,减少对周边环境的影响,实现“绿色施工”;U盾架管机集成土方开挖量小、机械化效率高、施工适应性强的特点,能够满足未来综合管廊建设需求,为装配式综合管廊施工设备提供了新的发展方向。

Abstract: Prefabricated utility tunnel construction causes minimal damage to the construction site with high efficiency, and is economically beneficial when applying large-scale construction. In this study, the authors investigate the current development status of the prefabricated utility tunnel construction equipment in China, and elaborates on four types of mechanized construction equipment suitable for prefabricated assembly methods, i.e., gallery crane, rectangular pipe jacking machine, U-shaped shield, and U-shield pipe jacking machine. The basic configuration, working principle, efficacy analysis, and engineering application of these four types of equipment are presented. The research results show the following: (1) Compared with conventional cast-in-place construction, prefabricated assembly technology applied in the utility tunnels is convenient and fast, which can effectively shorten the construction period, reduce labor costs, improve the pouring quality of components, minimize the impact on the surrounding environment, and achieve "green construction". (2) The U-shield pipe jacking machine integrates the characteristics of small earthwork excavation volume, high mechanization efficiency, and strong construction adaptability, which can meet the needs of future utility tunnel construction and provide a new direction for the development of prefabricated utility tunnel construction equipment.
