单层侧式换乘车站客流组织探讨

Optimization of Passenger Flow in Single-Story Side Transfer Stations

摘要: 为解决单层侧式换乘车站的进出站方向及换乘方向选择问题,需要对车站客流组织进行优化调整。结合北京地铁二里沟站的设计实例,针对单层侧式换乘车站的设计思路、客流特征、客流组织难点、舆论反馈等方面进行分析和梳理。16号线二里沟站是国内首次采用暗挖三柱四跨拱形结构的车站,通过暗挖多跨形式解决侧式车站方向选择时纵向穿越站台的空间问题;车站各外挂厅外侧暗挖设置安检设备区,将通行能力最低的安检设施设置在流线范围外,从根本上解决换乘车站通行能力的“瓶颈”问题。根据计算机行人模拟软件计算结果,在两侧式站台方向选择的交通节点处增加运营引导人员,确保客流组织高效、安全运转。在运营阶段,调整(换)进(换)出站流线,满足客流组织直达性高、目的性强的需求;根据运营非高峰期的客流特征,通过垂梯来提高侧式换乘车站的换乘效率;导向设置尽量采用连续性墙贴、地贴至关键节点处,通过强调通道口、楼扶梯等位置,解决乘客的寻路问题;对于楼扶梯设置众多且分布零散的复杂车站,导向设置时可将分散的扶梯、楼梯和垂梯集成统一表达,更符合大众的一般认知。

Abstract: The entrance, exit, and interchange directions must be carefully selected for single-story side transfer stations to optimize passenger flow. The design idea, passenger flow characteristics, organizational difficulties, and public feedback on single-story side transfer stations such as Erligou station in Beijing are analyzed herein. The main three-column, four-span arched structure of Erligou station is uniquely designed using a mining excavation method for the first time in China. This multispan form effectively addresses the spatial challenges associated with longitudinally traversing platforms when determining the directions in side stations. Additionally, an external security inspection area is established via mining excavation on both sides of the station hall, positioning the least efficient security facilities outside of passenger flow areas. These changes fundamentally resolve the bottleneck concerning passenger throughput at transfer stations. By employing the pedestrian simulation software to analyze traffic patterns, operational guidance personnel are added at key nodes wherein passengers change directions on side platforms to ensure efficient and safe crowd management. During the operational phase, adjustments are made to entrance and exit flow lines to meet high directness and strong purposefulness in passenger organization needs. Based on the passenger flow characteristics during the off-peak period, vertical elevators can be used to improve passenger transfer efficiency. In the orientation setting, the continuity wall and ground are pasted to the key nodes as far as possible, and the problem of passengers wayfinding is solved by emphasizing the positions of passageways and escalators. By offering guidance, passengers can access escalators, stairs, and vertical ladders in complex station networks, thereby enabling optimized passenger flow.
