野马梁特长隧道设计阶段安全风险评估

Safety Risk Assessment of Yemaliang Extralong Tunnel in Design Phase

摘要: 随着我国公路隧道事业的发展,公路隧道建设安全风险意识不断增强,需对长大隧道及部分复杂地质条件下的隧道进行安全风险评估。基于专家分析法和层次分析法原理,通过定性分析与定量分析相结合,对野马梁隧道的安全风险情况进行分析、评估。研究认为: 野马梁隧道整体风险等级为Ⅲ级;根据目前我国工程界设计、施工和管理技术水平,本工程建设项目不存在不可克服的风险。建议在项目实施过程中开展动态风险评估,加强系统风险管理工作,从而保障工程建设的安全性、经济性、环保性和高质量。

Abstract: Safety risk assessment should be carried out for extralong tunnels and tunnels under complex geological conditions. The safety risks of Yemaliang tunnel are analyzed and assessed by means of combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, based on expert investigating process and analytic hierarchy process. The study shows that: 1) The safety risk grade of Yemaliang tunnel is Grade Ⅲ. 2) There is no invincible risk. 3) It is proposed that dynamic risk assessment should be made and risk management should be strengthened so as to achieve the goal of safety, economic benefit, environment protection and high quality.
