宴家隧道大变形控制技术

摘要:

软岩施工过程中易发生变形甚至塌方,处理不当会造成运营期安全隐患。为解决炭质片岩且含绢云母岩石隧道的安全,保证施工质量,以宴家隧道为背景,针对宴家隧道的地层及工程特点对复杂条件下绢云母片岩在施工扰动下的大变形机制及其影响因素进行系统的分析,结合对隧道“支护—围岩”关系的分析,提出宴家隧道软岩大变形控制方法,形成宴家隧道软岩大变形控制技术。该成果在宴家隧道应用后保证了宴家隧道软岩地段的施工安全,可为同类复杂条件下的软岩施工及支护提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:

Deformation and even collapse may constantly happen in tunneling in soft rock, and the unsuitable treatment of them may induce operational risks. Tunneling in soft rock has always been the crux for tunnel construction, thus the mass engineers should grasp and study on the construction technology for safely tunneling in soft rock. In order to ensure safe tunnel construction and good tunnel quality in carbonaceous schist and sericiteschist interbedding, the deformation mechanism and its causes of sericiteschist under tunneling disturbance are systematically analyzed in this paper by orientation survey, theory analysis, numerical simulation and observation on site, based on the construction of Yanjia tunnel. Then, the deformation control technology for tunnels in complex soft rock is proposed and the key technologies of design, construction and support for tunnels in soft rock are drafted, via the above deformation mechanism analysis and the analysis of the relation between tunnel support and surrounding rock. The above study achievements have guaranteed the safe construction of Yanjia tunnel in soft rock, and may provide references for tunnels in similar soft rocks.
