摘要:

广州珠江新城旅客自动输送系统(APM)是首条由国内设计院独立设计的APM线路。为了全面了解旅客自动输送系统,简要介绍APM轨道结构组成,根据设计、施工配合以及运营经验,总结设计施工中容易出现的问题并进行探讨。提出: 1)需合理选择圆形隧道内轨道结构高度; 2)应合理设计导向轨及其支座,以提高制造精度以及轨道结构可调性; 3)进一步研究提高运行道面层耐久性及可修复性的措施; 4)谨慎协调相关专业接口。

Abstract:

APM system in Zhujiang New Town of Guangzhou is the first APM line designed by domestic institute. Problems prone to occur during the design and construction of APM system are summarized and discussed on basis of design, construction and operation experience. Conclusions drawn are as follows: 1) Rational structural heights should be selected for tracks in circular tunnels; 2) Rational guide rails and guide rail supports should be designed, so as to improve the manufacture precision and the adjustability of the track structure; 3) Measures to improve the durability and repairability of the surface layer of running tracks should be further studied; 4) Relevant discipline interfaces should be carefully coordinated.
