小风室接力通风在引水隧洞斜井进主洞施工中的应用

摘要:

引汉济渭秦岭隧洞采用单斜井单正洞双向掘进的方式进行施工,最长独头通风距离达6 386 m,且主洞净空断面小,需要考虑同步衬砌、车辆通行安全距离和风管直径等因素,采用传统的通风方式已不能满足施工需要。为此,在参考前人的研究基础上结合本工程的实际情况,为本工程设计了小风室接力通风方案,经过相应的供风计算,从理论上分析小风室接力通风的可行性,通过工序优化及辅助通风措施的应用,科学合理地优化了通风方案,最后通过现场检测验证了小风室接力通风的应用效果,可为类似工程提供参考。

Abstract:

Qinling tunnel of HanjiangWeihe Water Transfer Project is a single tube tunnel. An inclined shaft is installed to facilitate the construction of the main tunnel. After the excavation of the inclined shaft reaches the main tunnel, the tunnel will be excavated in both directions. The maximum singleheading ventilation length of the tunnel reaches 6 386 m. Due to the restraints of having such a ventilation length in a small crosssection of the main tunnel, together with issues of synchronous lining, the number of passing vehicles and the size of the ventilation pipes, the conventional ventilation methods, if adopted, cannot meet the requirements of the tunnel construction. Therefore, relay ventilation using small plenum is proposed. Air supply calculation is carried out to verify the feasibility of the relay ventilation proposal. As a result, the construction procedure is optimized with the assistance of the ventilation measures, and the ventilation system is consequently optimized. Finally, field measuring is taken, which indicates that the relay ventilation system adopted has achieved good result. The paper provides reference for similar projects in the future.
