万松水力发电计划压力钢管隧道工程探讨

摘要:

万松水力发电计划之万大电厂扩充机组系于台湾中部雾社水库取水,新建取水口、引水隧道及厂房,其中地下式压力钢管倾斜隧道倾角约48°,长约110 m,施工困难且危险,尤其地质极差,且临近水库地下水位高,施工安全风险极高。本文旨在探讨设计因应对策及施工处理,以期为类似工程提供参考。

Abstract:

The new intake of Wanta Expansion Hydro Power Project is located in Wushe Reservoir in central Taiwan. It mainly includes a 48 degree inclined shaft (penstock tunnel) with 110 m length. Because the main structures of the inclined shaft are constructed in expected poor geology with high groundwater pressure, high construction risk will be encountered. In the paper, the design considerations and construction measures of the inclined shaft are studied. It may be helpful to the construction of similar projects in the future.
