盾构法与浅埋暗挖法结合修建地铁车站施工过程动态数值分析——以北京地铁4号线为例

摘要:

为避免车站和区间盾构隧道施工在“时空”方面的矛盾,充分发挥盾构的使用效率,同时减少车站施工中管线迁改、拆迁、征占地、交通倒改等工作,可采用盾构法与浅埋暗挖法结合修建地铁车站。以北京地铁4号线暗挖车站建设为背景,采用FLAC 3D软件对采用盾构法与浅埋暗挖法结合修建地铁车站的施工过程进行动态模拟分析。分析结果表明: 施工过程中管片结构及周围环境均处于安全状态,工程风险可控。

Abstract:

The combination of shield method and shallowcovered mining method can be used to construct Metro stations, so as to improve the availability of shield and to reduce pipeline moving, building removing and traffic rerouting. In the paper, dynamic numerical analysis is made on the construction of a Metro Station on Line 4 of Beijing Metro, which is constructed by means of combination of shield method and shallowcovered mining method, by means of FLAC 3D numerical simulation software. The analysis result shows that the safety of the tunnel and the surrounding environment can be guaranteed, and the construction risks can be brought under effective control.
