北京地区盾构区间泵房设计及施工的若干建议

Suggestions on Design and Construction of Pump Stations of  Shieldbored Running Tunnels in Beijing

摘要:

为降低北京地区盾构区间泵房施工的风险,采用总结与分析的方法,总结近年盾构区间泵房设计与施工方面的经验和教训,提出3条建议: 1)在满足要求的情况下,适当减小泵房埋深以降低施工难度;2)在目前的施工条件下,富水地层单纯依靠洞内深孔注浆止水开挖泵房,涌水、涌砂风险较高,宜尽量采取冻结法或地面降水方案;3)深孔注浆方案作为最终的优化措施。

Abstract:

In the paper, the experience and lessons drawn in the design and construction of the pumping stations of the shieldbored running tunnels in Beijing are summarized and the following suggestions are made: 1) If possible, the cover depth of the pumping stations should be appropriately reduced so as to minimize the difficulty in the construction of the pump stations; 2) In waterrich ground where only deephole grouting is made, there is great water/sand inflow risk in the construction of the pumping stations, therefore artificial freezing or ground surface dewatering should be made as far as possible; 3) Deephole grouting may be used as the final optimized countermeasure. 
