摘要:
为降低北京地区盾构区间泵房施工的风险,采用总结与分析的方法,总结近年盾构区间泵房设计与施工方面的经验和教训,提出3条建议: 1)在满足要求的情况下,适当减小泵房埋深以降低施工难度;2)在目前的施工条件下,富水地层单纯依靠洞内深孔注浆止水开挖泵房,涌水、涌砂风险较高,宜尽量采取冻结法或地面降水方案;3)深孔注浆方案作为最终的优化措施。

Abstract:
In the paper, the experience and lessons drawn in the design and construction of the pumping stations of the shieldbored running tunnels in Beijing are summarized and the following suggestions are made: 1) If possible, the cover depth of the pumping stations should be appropriately reduced so as to minimize the difficulty in the construction of the pump stations; 2) In waterrich ground where only deephole grouting is made, there is great water/sand inflow risk in the construction of the pumping stations, therefore artificial freezing or ground surface dewatering should be made as far as possible; 3) Deephole grouting may be used as the final optimized countermeasure.
