炭质泥岩地层大变形偏压隧道施工技术

摘要:

软岩大变形问题是目前地下工程界的主要研究方向之一,复杂的地质条件,围岩因素的不确定性,岩石变形机制的复杂性,施工方法和技术的选用等因素都会对隧道围岩的稳定性产生不利的影响。兴源隧道位于我国东北高寒高纬度地区,隧道穿越炭质泥岩地层,属于软岩大变形偏压隧道,针对该类地质环境下出现的地质灾害情况,从围岩变形原因分析着手制定围岩变形控制基准,以此为依据综合采取一系列的措施控制围岩的变形同时提高工程施工进度,包括如开挖设备革新、长大锁脚的使用等措施,为该类地质隧道的施工提供了新的思路。

Abstract:

The serious deformation of soft rock is one of the main research topics in the field of underground works. Factors such as the complex geological conditions, the uncertainty of the surrounding rock, the complexity of the rock deformation mechanism, the construction method and the technologies used may affect the stability of the surrounding rock of the tunnel. Xingyuan tunnel, which is located in the high altitude area in Northeast China, passes through carbonaceous mudstone under unsymmetrical pressure. In the paper, the causes for the serious deformation of Xingyuan tunnel are analyzed, the deformation control standard for the surrounding rock is determined, and a series of countermeasures including using innovative excavation equipment and installing long footlocking anchorage are taken. The paper can provide reference for other similar tunnels in the future.
