盾构钢套筒始发和接收关键技术研究

摘要:

为实现无端头加固条件下盾构钢套筒的始发和接收问题,解决盾构始发和接收过程中存在的安全和经济问题,针对目前盾构钢套筒始发和接收过程中存在的问题,采用类比分析、仿真计算和工程试验等手段对钢套筒的刚度、密闭性、保压性和施工关键技术进行分析研究,并对钢套筒设备进行改进,将反力调节装置和三通管装置应用于盾构钢套筒中。工程实践表明: 1)采用3个长弧形+3个半圆形组块对钢套筒进行改进设计后,施工更加便利、整体性更强; 2)反力调节装置能有效减少钢套筒与洞门环板连接处以及钢套筒拼装缝处的变形和位移,提高钢套筒的密闭性能。

Abstract:

There are many problems in steel sleeve launching and receiving of shield without end soil consolidation; and the safety and economy of shield launching and receiving should be guaranteed. As a result, the performances of steel sleeve, i. e. stiffness, tightness, leakproofness and pressure holding capacity, and key technologies are analyzed and studied by comparative analysis, simulation calculation and engineering test. The steel sleeve equipment is improved and the antiforce adjusting device and the threeway pipe device are adopted. [JP2]The engineering practice shows that the improved steel sleeve can ensure the safety and efficiency of shield launching and receiving without end soil consolidation.
