摘要:

为提高TBM滚刀与地层的适应性,降低滚刀磨损速率,应用滚刀复合磨蚀试验台进行滚压磨损试验,对小尺寸滚刀开展不同岩性、几何参数(刃宽、刃形、直径)和贯入速度的磨损规律研究。通过对磨损量统计发现: 磨损量与岩样CAI值的平方正相关; 宽刃滚刀较窄刃滚刀磨损速率快; 圆刃滚刀相对平刃滚刀有更好的耐磨性; 滚刀直径与磨损速率相关性不强,但大直径滚刀具有径向磨损量大的优势; 在一定区间内较大的贯入速度能够减少刀具磨损,同时具备较高的破岩效率。

Abstract:

In order to improve the geological adaptability of TBM disc cutter and reduce the disc cutter wear rate, a new test method to study the relationship between disc cutter parameters and wear rates is proposed based on composite disc cutter abrasion test platform. The wear rules of small sized disc cutter under different lithologies, penetration rates and geometric parameters (such as cutter width, cutter shape and cutter diameter) are studied. The wear statistical results indicate that: 1) The cutter wear is positively correlated with the square of CAI (cerchar abrasvity index) value of rock sample. 2) The wear rate of disc cutter with large width is higher than that with small width. 3) The disc cutter with corner has better wear resistance compared to that with flat edge. 4) The diameter of disc cutter affects the wear rate little; but disc cutter with large diameter allows more wear in radial direction. 5) The cutter wear can be reduced and high rockbreaking efficiency can be achieved under large penetration rate within a certain range.
