公路隧道衬砌背后空洞积水冻胀的力学简化模型研究及误差分析

Study of Simplified Mechanical Models of FrostHeaving of Water Behind Highway Tunnel Lining and Its Error Analysis

摘要:

为解决高寒地区公路隧道衬砌背后积水冻胀问题,针对特定的环向长条形空洞,建立了2种不同的简化计算模型,即将衬砌结构简化为拱脚为铰支座约束和弹性固定端约束的半圆拱模型。采用荷载-结构法,推导衬砌结构在冻胀力作用下的内力公式,利用MATLAB计算不同参数下的理论值,并绘制内力变化曲线,确定整个衬砌结构在空洞不同大小时的内力分布规律。计算结果表明: 冻胀力引起的衬砌弯矩和轴力极值位于不同的衬砌位置,仅仅考虑弯矩或轴力对衬砌的影响具有一定的误差。对衬砌背后冻胀力的内力影响规律以及2种简化模型的误差进行定量分析,为公路隧道施工和运营维护提供了一定的参考价值。

Abstract:

The problem of frostheaving of water behind highway tunnel lining in cold regions should be solved. As a result, two different simplified calculation models, one model that lining structure is simplified to halfcircular arch with constrained by hinged supports and the other one fixed elastically, are established in case of stripshaped hollows. And then the internal force formulas of lining structure under frostheaving force effect are deduced by loadstructure method; the theoretical values of lining internal force are calculated by MATLAB under different parameters; and the variation curves of lining internal force are drawn. Finally, the distribution laws of lining internal force under different sizes of hollows can be determined. The calculation results show that the peal values of bending moment and axial force of lining induced by frostheaving force place differently, and errors would be exist when considering only bending moment or axial force. Quantitative analysis is carried out on influence of frostheaving force and errors of two simplified modes to provide reference for construction and operation maintenance of highway tunnel.
