复合式大倾角皮带机在地铁施工中的应用

Application of Composite Highangle Belt Conveyor to Metro Construction

摘要:

城市地铁隧道普遍采用盾构法施工,通常采用龙门吊提升矿斗出渣,车站或者竖井深度较小时不会影响盾构的施工效率,但提升高度较大时会严重制约盾构的施工效率。大倾角皮带机具有连续高效提升渣土的优势,但土压平衡盾构的渣土黏度相对较大、含水量高,胶带清理不彻底问题较为突出,会影响设备的正常运行。总结现有波状挡边皮带机、斗式皮带机、夹带式皮带机3种提升皮带机的工作原理、适用范围以及土压平衡盾构施工渣土提升存在的问题,分析土压平衡盾构施工渣土特点及其对大倾角皮带机的要求,并结合工程实践,研发由牵引皮带机与支撑皮带机相配合的复合式大倾角皮带机。研究表明,采用可分离的复合式胶带、清扫器与清洗箱技术以及矩阵式高压喷水技术解决了胶带清理难题,可有效防止漏渣、掉渣,提升了施工效率和设备可靠性,推广应用市场广阔。

Abstract:

The shield machines are generally applied to metro tunnels, and gantry cranes are mostly used to lift the muck. When the depth of the station or vertical shaft is small, the construction efficiency of the shield machine will not be affected. But when the lifting height is large, the construction efficiency of the shield machine will be severely restricted. The highangle belt conveyor has the advantage of continuous and efficient muck lifting. The muck produced by the EPB shield is relatively large in viscosity and high in water content, and the problem of cleaning the belt is prominent, which affects the normal operation of the equipment. In this paper, the working principle, application scope and problems of the existing three kinds of belt lifters, i.e. the corrugated sidewall belt conveyor, bucket belt conveyor and sandwich belt conveyor, as well as the problems existing in the lifting of construction muck of EPB shield are summarized, and the characteristics of construction muck of EPB shield and its requirements for highangle belt conveyor are analyzed. A composite highangle belt conveyor is developed and applied, which combines with traction belt conveyor and support belt conveyor. The research results show that the separable composite belt, sweeper and cleaning box technology, and matrix highpressure water spraying technology are used to clean the belt, which can effectively prevent the belt from slag leakage and slag drop. The technology can improve the construction efficiency and equipment reliability, and is worth popularizing.
