紧凑型超小转弯半径TBM的设计及工程应用——以文登抽水蓄能电站排水廊道建设工程为例

摘要: 为了解决抽水蓄能电站平洞建设中机械化程度低、作业环境差、安全风险大、施工效率低的问题,研究一种能适应超小转弯半径施工的紧凑型 TBM,该型 TBM 在双护盾 TBM 基础上,取消尾盾、辅推油缸、管片拼装机,结合敞开式 TBM 的锚网喷支护系统进行 TBM 整机集成设计,采用“V”型推进系统设计,刀盘锻造厚板技术,刀具小刀间距设计,组合式耐磨保护设计,紧凑型整机设计,皮带机超小转弯适应性设计,一体式皮带机设计,远程操作系统设计。工程实践表明,研究成果在文登抽水蓄能电站排水廊道建设工程中的取得了成功应用,为抽水蓄能电站平洞领域及其它类似工程采用TBM 工法施工提供了参考依据。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low mechanization, poor operating environment, large safety risk, and low construction efficiency in the construction of flat tunnels of pumped storage power stations, a compact TBM that can adapt to ultra-small turning radius construction was studied. On the basis of TBM, the tail shield, auxiliary push cylinder and segment assembling machine are eliminated, and the integrated TBM machine is designed in combination with the open TBM anchor net spraying support system. The design of the "V" propulsion system is adopted, and the cutter plate forging thick plate technology , Knife spacing design of cutters, combined wear-resistant protection design, compact machine design, ultra-small turn belt adaptability design, integrated belt design, remote operating system design. Engineering practice shows that the research results have been successfully applied in the construction of the drainage corridor of Wendeng Pumped Storage Power Station, which provides a reference for the construction of the TBM method in the field of flat tunnels and other similar projects of the pumped storage power station.
