暗挖综合管廊的发展和研究方向

摘要: 在老旧城区采用传统明挖工法建设综合管廊多因交通影响、管线迁改等问题而举步维艰,采用暗挖工法建设综合管廊是行之有效的方法。为了将暗挖技术与综合管廊建设技术合理的结合,以推动老旧城区综合管廊建设的发展,通过广泛查阅文献资料,对暗挖综合管廊的历史和发展进行概述。将暗挖综合管廊的发展历程分为需求驱动阶段和主动探索阶段,分析暗挖综合管廊发展的特点,认为暗挖综合管廊发展的关键是解决如何在长距离暗挖综合管廊工程中实现综合管廊必需的功能要求。结合暗挖工法与综合管廊的技术特点,指出管廊功能整合,暗挖施工井的综合利用,长距离暗挖区间的防火、通风与逃生设置,垂直顶升技术等是进一步研究的方向。

Abstract: Problems such as traffic influence and pipeline relocation are encountered during utility tunnel construction by the opencut method in old urban areas, whereas mining method is comparatively more effective. To rationally combine the mining method with the construction technology of utility tunnels and promote developing utility tunnels in old urban areas, the history and development of utility tunnels are summarized using an extensive literature review method. The development history of utility tunnels is divided into the demanddriven and active exploration stages. The characteristics of utility tunnels development are analyzed. It is recommended that the key to developing a utility tunnel is to implement its necessary functional requirements in longdistance projects by the mining method. According to the technical characteristics of the mining method and utility tunnels, the development direction is the functional integration of utility tunnels, comprehensive use of construction shafts, fire prevention, ventilation, escape, and vertical jacking technology.
