多分区基坑开挖及旁侧盾构隧道变形实测分析

摘要: 为解决分区基坑开挖对旁侧盾构隧道扰动变形大,隧道变形控制困难的问题,为探究基坑分区开挖对邻近地铁隧道变形影响规律,分析分区施工的某基坑工程的监测数据以及邻近的地铁隧道道床沉降、水平位移以及水平收敛数据。分析基坑分区开挖对旁侧地铁隧道的影响,同时探究基坑变形与旁侧地铁隧道变形数据的联系。研究表明: 1)邻近基坑的盾构隧道在基坑结构施工阶段的纵向变形发展大于基坑开挖阶段,结构施工期间增加的水平位移约是开挖阶段的3倍; 2)基坑旁侧地铁隧道的纵向变形响应滞后于基坑侧壁变形60 d左右,而隧道水平收敛与基坑侧壁变形具有良好的一致性。

Abstract: In order to control the deformation of the adjacent shield tunnel caused by the excavation of the foundation pit in the neighboring zones, the monitoring data of foundation pit zones and their adjacent metro tunnel are analyzed to elucidate the influence of the law of foundation pit zoning excavation on the deformation of adjacent metro tunnel. Moreover, the effect of the foundation pit excavation on the adjacent tunnel is analyzed, and the connection between the pit deformation and the deformation of the adjacent tunnel is explored. The results reveal the following: (1) The shield tunnel′s longitudinal deformation growth is greater during the pit structures construction phase than during the pits excavation phase; the increased horizontal displacement during the construction of the structure is approximately three times the excavation phase. (2) There is a lag of approximately 60 days between the pit sidewalls development and the adjacent tunnels longitudinal deformation. However, the horizontal convergence of the tunnel has good consistency with the deformation law of the sidewall of the foundation pit.
