砂卵石地层地铁隧道上方基坑开挖卸载影响与对策分析

Influences of Unloading of Foundation Pit Excavation on Lower  Metro Tunnel in Sandygravel Strata and Its Countermeasures

摘要:

在富水砂卵石地层条件下,地铁盾构隧道上方基坑大范围开挖卸载会对下卧盾构隧道产生不利影响。为确保地铁运营安全,对下卧盾构隧道隆起与变形趋势进行研究,从减小基坑开挖卸载的影响程度与增大隧道纵向刚度2方面着手,通过在盾构隧道内设置预应力锚索、轨道道床内设置暗梁结构并与管片叠合处理以及临时槽钢纵向固定等措施的综合应用,减小纵向不均匀变形趋势,同时采用管幕法超前支护形成压顶梁,并对上方基坑开挖采用“竖向分层、纵向分段、先支后挖”的基本原则,将盾构隧道的变形控制在毫米级范围,满足了地铁正常运营要求。

Abstract:

The unloading of foundation pit excavation would affect the lower metro shield tunnel in waterrich and sandygravel strata. As a result, the deformation rules of the shield tunnel are studied in terms of reducing the influencing degree of unloading of foundation pit excavation on lower metro tunnel and increasing longitudinal stiffness of tunnel. The uneven longitudinal deformation of the tunnel is reduced by setting prestressed anchor rope in tunnel, setting hidden beam in the road bed and composited with segment and longitudinal fixing the Usteel. Meanwhile, the top beam is formed by advanced support of pipe curtain. The basic principle of vertical stratification, longitudinal segmentation and excavation after support is adopted for foundation pit excavation. The results show that the deformation of the tunnel has been effectively controlled and the normal operation of the metro has been guaranteed. 
