摘要:

分析国内外(尤其是国内)盾构(TBM)技术的发展现状及前景。总结盾构(TBM)技术运用和发展的制约因素。指出要充分认识盾构(TBM)的“四高”特性。重点探讨盾构(TBM)技术研究的若干方向,提出当前盾构(TBM)技术研究的方向: 1)与盾构(TBM)掘进相结合的辅助工法的研究和开发; 2)提高和扩充盾构(TBM)设备的技术性能; 3)降低盾构(TBM)制造及运用成本的技术研究; 4)盾构(TBM)隧道衬砌管片技术研究。给出了盾构(TBM)生产企业生产组织方式的建议。

Abstract:

In this paper, the author analyzes the domestic and international situation and future of TBM/shield tunneling technology and summarizes the factors that limit the application and development of TBM/shield tunneling technology. The author states that it is of great importance to understand TBM/shield tunneling, which is featured by high investment, high technology, high efficiency and high risks. The author mainly discusses the technological trend of TBM/shield tunneling technology and suggests that the study on TBM/shield tunneling technology should focus on the following topics: 1) assistant construction methods for TBM/shield boring; 2) improving the technological performance of TBM/shield; 3) minimizing TBM/shield manufacturing cost and TBM/shield tunneling cost; 4) segment lining for TBM/shield bored tunnels. Finally, the author makes some recommendations on the organization mode of TBM/shield tunneling enterprises.
