摘要：

分析国内外（尤其是国内）盾构（TBM）技术的发展现状及前景。总结盾构（TBM）技术运用和发展的制约因素。指出要充分认识盾构（TBM）的“四高”特性。重点探讨盾构（TBM）技术研究的若干方向，提出当前盾构（TBM）技术研究的方向： 1）与盾构（TBM）掘进相结合的辅助工法的研究和开发； 2）提高和扩充盾构（TBM）设备的技术性能； 3）降低盾构（TBM）制造及运用成本的技术研究； 4）盾构（TBM）隧道衬砌管片技术研究。给出了盾构（TBM）生产企业生产组织方式的建议。

Abstract:

In this paper, the author analyzes the domestic and international situation and future of TBM/shield tunneling technology and summarizes the factors that limit the application and development of TBM/shield tunneling technology. The author states that it is of great importance to understand TBM/shield tunneling, which is featured by high investment, high technology, high efficiency and high risks. The author mainly discusses the technological trend of TBM/shield tunneling technology and suggests that the study on TBM/shield tunneling technology should focus on the following topics: 1) assistant construction methods for TBM/shield boring; 2) improving the technological performance of TBM/shield; 3) minimizing TBM/shield manufacturing cost and TBM/shield tunneling cost; 4) segment lining for TBM/shield bored tunnels. Finally, the author makes some recommendations on the organization mode of TBM/shield tunneling enterprises.
