大型地下洞室高边墙无盖重固结灌浆试验研究

摘要:

研究布置在薄层、陡倾角灰岩、夹软弱页岩层状中的大型地下洞室高边墙在无盖重条件下,通过固结灌浆加固处理,验证固结灌浆施工工艺,以确定合适的灌浆压力及浆液配比;验证无盖重固结灌浆加固处理措施对洞室高边墙围岩稳定性的影响。所取得的研究成果填补了大型地下洞室高边墙布置在薄层、陡倾角灰岩、夹软弱页岩层状中实施无盖重固结灌浆加固处理尚无成功经验的空白,对类似工程的设计、施工具有重要的参考和借鉴作用。

Abstract:

The application of noncoverweight consolidation grouting in large scale underground caverns located in thin, steepinclined limestone containing soft shale is studied in this paper. The purpose of the study is to determine the feasibility of consolidation geouting, the reasonable grouting pressure, the reasonable grout mixing proportion and the effects of noncoverweight consolidation grouting in improving the stability of the high side walls of underground caverns. The study results achieved break the record of the field. The study results can provide significant references for the design and construction of similar projects in the future.
