Abstract:
The case of repairing the cutterhead of Mitsubishi 1639 shield is presented in this paper. Technologies for integral deformation control during cutterhead repairing, outer ring plate replacement, auxiliary plate replacement and rectification, main plate rectification and cutter box rectification under enough repairing space and rational technical and economic conditions are discussed. Conclusion is drawn that the key of the repairing of cutterheads with largescale of deformation is the control of the further spreading of the existing deformation zones. This paper can provide reference and guidance for shield cutterhead repairing in the future.
