Abstract

Abstract: Tunnel boring machine is one of the underground tunnel construction main machinery for the moment. The cutterhead bearing, bearing sealing, speedreducer motor, and screw conveyor need to be lubricated and sealed by centralized grease lubrication system, so as to ensure the normal running of tunnel boring machine driving system and cutterheads. The centralized grease lubrication system is a very important system. The centralized grease lubrication is compulsive and it is a doubleline consumptive lubrication system.
