Abstract: The excavation of large and deep foundation pits of railway stations and the influence on the adjacent buildings are analyzed by means of 2D finite element simulation. Ground reinforcement by means of diaphragm walls made of interlocking jet grouting piles is proposed. The effectiveness of the ground reinforcement is verified. The paper can provide reference for the evaluation on the safety and reinforcement technologies in the future.
