Abstract:

The stateofart of the TBM tunneling technology in China is analyzed, so as to find out the problems of the application of shield tunneling technology. The problems found are discussed and the key technologies are analyzed by means of study dynamic conditions. Conclusions drawn are as follows: 1) The reciprocity theory between deep complex soil and TBM can be gave out. 2) The estimation system and feasibility of TBM and estimation method and model of tunneling technology of TBM boring in deep a nd complex ground are proposed. 3) The study on advance geological prediction technology can provide technical references for advance geological real time prediction device and development of TBM building platform. 4) A new kind of thinking of mud cake consolidation by means of relevant new materials.
