Abstract:

During the construction of reinforced concrete side wall of metro station, wood formworks are mainly used, which are vulnerable and cannot be used for many times. Moreover, the quality of reinforced concrete structure may be severely affected by the large joint, uneven connection between adjacent formworks and large diagonal error during and after largearea formwork assembling. Based on the study of assembling largearea formwork of side wall for Huangbeiling station on No.5 line of Shenzhen metro, some conclusions are gained as follows. Assembling largearea formwork is a highly mechanized construction technology, which has rapid construction speed, simple construction process and well concrete quality after formwork disassembling; steel largearea formwork is solid, durable and easy to be repaired; assembling largearea steel formwork is a kind of recycling, renewable and sustainable development construction materials.
