Study of Geological Sensitivity and Structural Adaptability of Interchange Tunnel

Abstract:

The interchange tunnels, tunnels crossing underneath existing tunnels, are studied by geological sensitivity method. The sensitivity values and related soil layer thicknesses in different geological sensitivity sections of interchange tunnels under different cover depths and geological conditions are calculated by numerical simulation. The structural adaptability of interchange tunnel is obtained. The study results coincide with the actual conditions. The structural adaptability countermeasures decided are rational and effective.
