Comparison and Selection of Construction Schemes for Interchange Node under Existing Operating Metro Stations

Abstract:

In order to ensure the construction safety of the interchange node of metro station, the possible construction risks are analyzed based on the actual situation of the interchange node of Shixia Station of Shenzhen Metro, and different construction schemes are analyzed and selected by numerical method. The results show that, grouting and waterblocking before excavation of the interchange node and use the construction scheme of small guide hole grouting + step method + layering and block excavation of temporary invert are feasible. According to the automatic monitoring data of the existing structure on site, the maximum vertical displacement of the middle plate on the negative 2nd floor of metro station on Line No.3 is 5.6 mm, and the maximum deep horizontal displacement of the existing underground diaphragm wall of the station is only 0.6 mm, and the existing structural deformation is far less than the monitoring and warning value.
