Abstract:
The schedule management of construction primary contractor in traditional rail transit construction project has many disadvantages, such as unable to process information quickly, cannot carry out deviation warning and the management afterwards. The key points and influencing factors of schedule management of construction primary contractor and the technical route of BIM and engineering data integration application of seacrossing section of Qingdao Metro Line 8 are analyzed and studied. The items of the system structure, implementation process, BIM model requirements, data interrelation and management key points, are mainly discussed when applying BIM and engineering data to schedule management. The digitized control platform based on GIS+BIM is developed independently to realize schedule control. The test results show that the method can realize realtime control of construction site progress, warning of process deviation in time and query of process report quickly, and solve the problems of authenticity, timeliness and feasibility of schedule management of construction primary contractor.
