Abstract: A collection technical scheme for multiple drilling information is proposed to obtain the drilling information which can more accurately reflect the characteristics of tunnel surrounding rocks. First, the implementation plans of direct measurement, indirect measurement, fitting calculation, and equipment communication are introduced. Then, the diversity, high precision, synchronicity, and visualization characteristics of drilling information collection technology are summarized. Finally, drilling tests are carried out in groups according to the impact pressure, propulsion pressure, sampling frequency, and depth resolution set by the system. The results indicate that: (1)The drilling information collection technical scheme is reasonable, which can meet the requirements of a maximum time-domain acquisition frequency of 100 Hz and a minimum resolution scale of 1 mm for drilling depth. (2) The high precision of drilling information collection plays a key role in identifying the occurrence of small cracks in the surrounding rock, and the synchronization of tunnel surrounding rock drilling information collection plays a key role in data collection response. (3) The high-precision synchronous acquisition technology of multi-dimensional drilling information in tunnel surrounding rock provides a theoretical basis for establishing the relationship between measurement parameters while drilling and surrounding rock information.
