Abstract:

The occupational technology appraisal of railway construction enterprises is now playing more and more important role in improving the employees’ comprehensive quality and accelerating the enterprises’ production and business. On basis of the stateoftheart of the occupational technology appraisal of railway construction enterprises, the author expatiates on the problems and shortcomings existing in the occupational technology appraisal work and provides some recommendations and countermeasures in terms of policy service, technical improvement and implementing the certificate system so as to improve the occupational technology appraisal system of railway construction enterprises.
