Abstract:
From the riewpoint of project company, this thesis analysizes the major risk clauses in the BOT contract of CenxiWuzhou expressway project signed between China Railway Engineering Corporation (Project Company) and the People's Government of Guangxi Autonomous Region, and discusses how to understand and manage project risks via setting BOT clauses.
