Abstract

Abstract:

Fluid conveying system, which is applied in the lubrication, sealing, backfilling and ground conditioning of EPB shield machines, is one of the important systems of EPB shield machines. This article introduces the composition of the fluid conveying system and the working principles of control systems of backfilling grouting behind segment lining, ground conditioning system, main bearing grease sealing and lubrication system and tail skin sealing grease injection system.
