Abstract:

The influence of the raw materials on the properties of the singlecomponent active grout for simultaneous grouting is investigated systematically. The influence of the watercement ratio, gelsand ratio, bentonitewater ratio and fly ashcement ratio on the properties of the simultaneous grout is studied. The trend of the optimization of the mixing proportions of simultaneous grout is proposed on basis of the study results and the requirements of different geological conditions on the grout properties. This paper can be served as reference for the mixing of the simultaneous grout in shield tunneling in the future.
