Abstract:

In order to investigate into the fast wet shotcreting technology used in long tunnels, robotexecuted wet shotcreting is analyzed and presented in respect of construction quality, construction efficiency, rebound, working environment and accelerator amount. Then this construction method is summarized and discussed. The application of robotexecuted wet shotcreting in the construction of Changhongling tunnel is given in this paper. This construction practice shows that the adoption of high performance wet shotcreting robots is the key of rapid tunneling of long tunnels. From the viewpoint of construction speed and economy, wet shotcreting robots have a broad development prospects.
